As the name implies, chair yoga exercise is done from a seated or standing position, and is an excellent way for people over fifty to keep their bodies flexible, energized and healthy. The style of deep breathing and stretching is unbelievably rewarding for both body and mind. A happy and cheerful state of mind contributes to better health and more restful sleep.
Here are the dates of the two new sessions of Advanced Chair Yoga:
Tuesday classes are from May 14th - July 16th, 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Friday classes are from May 17th - July 26th, 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
