You can enroll now for the Spring session for the popular Energizing Chair Yoga Exercise Classes. Friday classes are from March 15 - May 10 and Tuesday classes are from March 19 - May 7 and all run from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
As the name implies, chair yoga exercise is done from a seated or standing position, and is an excellent way for people over fifty to keep their bodies flexible, energized and healthy. The style of deep breathing and stretching is unbelievably rewarding for both body and mind. A happy and cheerful state of mind contributes to better health and more restful sleep.
8 classes for $40, and fees are due at the first class.
