TTA's 4th Cycle Ride - Scarborough Downhill Ride - Saturday, July 20th

Updated: Aug 15, 2019

Are you ready for a 2-hour downhill ride on Saturday, July 20th?  Gladstone, your cycle coordinator says this is an easy ride, even for a timid person.

We follow Highland Creek on its flow towards Lake Ontario, turn right at the shore, head west up Amnesia Hill (you'll forget this one quickly) and return via East Point Park to the starting point.

If we feel up to it, we may do a side trip to the mouth of the Rouge River to look at the impact of this summer's high water level of Lake Ontario.  It might impress you!We meet at 10 a.m. in the north parking lot of the Guildwood GO Station (that is the parking area between the railway and Kingston Road).  After the ride, we may stop at a Tim Horton's for a social cup of coffee. Bring along your bike, helmet and accessories, drinks, water and snacks to keep you happy and dress according to weather conditions.

There's a  TTA fee of $5.00, or $10.00 per family and you are asked to sign a weaver of liability before starting.

Outdoor activities for Members, Family and Friends and it's GOOD for you.
