TTA's Cycle Club has a great ride planned for you this Saturday, October 12th. Nothing is better than cycling beside apple orchards and corn fields on a crisp Fall day.
The 'Apple Ride' starts from the Newcastle Marina towards Port Hope along Apple Orchards and Corn Fields. Return distance is 25-30 kms. Coffee and pie, etc., at the Marina shop afterward.

We meet at the Newcastle Marina around 12 noon. (We have been there before and parking maybe a little messy due to building construction on site.) Directions: From 401 east take exit 440 Regional Road 17 / Mill Street towards Newcastle / Bond head. Turn left onto Mill Street south. Slight right onto Port of Newcastle Drive. Turn left onto Shipway Avenue. Turn left onto Lake Breeze Drive into Marina Parking lot. Bring along your bike, helmet and accessories, water, drinks and snacks to keep you happy and dress for the weather.
