
As part of a series of exercise programs and seminars to help keep everyone mentally and physically fit, we are having a 12 week muscle strengthening exercise program led by chiropractor, Dr. Christina Choi. These exercises will help you develop strength, balance and flexibility to minimize falls and injuries.
It will be on Wednesdays, from 1 - 2 p.m. beginning on May 1st, and the 12 week session will cost $45 for members. Non members pay $60. As Dr. Choi prefers to work with a small group, space is limited,
