Energizing Chair Yoga Exercise Classes

Want to take part in an exercise class that anyone can do? Chair yoga is a gentle but effective exercise that is beneficial to anyone, including seniors.

Tsung Tsin has two types of yoga classes you can try: Basic Chair and Advanced Chair Yoga.

Classes are currently running but you can start  at any time and pay only for classes you take.
