Hakka Heritage & Culture Day - Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017

On Sunday, November 26th at Tsung Tsin's Hakka Heritage & Culture Day you can drop in for lunch, stay for cooking demonstrations and trace the journey of a couple Hakka families from China to Jamaica . From noon - 5 p.m. you will be able to get a Hakka lunch for $5, and the opportunity to purchase Jamaican style Sow Bow and Rose's famous Lopet Ban.

You will get samples from the cooking demonstrations of Hakka food by able chefs. See the video of "The Man from Haa Kung Tam', the life of teacher and author, Lee Tom Yin, learn how to make Chinese Knots that can be used in clothing and decoration, and hear how the descendants of Wong Yee Lung made it to Jamaica.

Entrance fee is $5 and children under 12 - free.
