Tsung Tsin Association invites you to come to the main hall at 3880 Midland Avenue from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm on Saturday, October 18th to see a revealing documentary from acclaimed Jamaican Chinese filmmaker, Jeanette Kong - Peter Chin: The Blood Remembers. Peter and Jeanette will be present at this showing and there will be a Q and A session immediately afterwards.

The film captures Peter Chin, a celebrated choreographer and dancer at the height of his powers as he reflects on how his Hakka identity and Chinese-Jamaican roots influenced his work and the healing power of community in the face of adversity. He has captivated global audiences and received many international awards.
'Now in his sixties, Peter Chin runs the interdisciplinary performing arts company, Tribal Crackling Wind in Toronto, Canada. In 2020, he co-founded with Rasy Hul the Neang Kong Kental (NKK) Dance Centre, a performance retreat for international artists in residence in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
This film is a rare opportunity to hear firsthand from a multi award-winning master about the inspiration that courses through his veins and propels his life and art.'
