As we get older, there are millions of questions that pop up in the middle of the night about continuing to live an independent lifestyle. Can we do it, and will there be help when we need it?
We have invited Nancy Leung, Director of Volunteer Development at Carefirst Seniors and Community Services, to give a presentation about the programs and services that are available for seniors to live a happy independent life. The talk and follow up questions will be on Saturday, May 4th from 2 - 3:30 p.m. in the Music Room, lower level.
No matter your age, it's good to know the resources that are available in the community to help you and your loved ones.
