How to Prevent Knee Injury Seminar - Wednesday, October 1st

Have you ever had knee pain?  It is a common complaint that affects people of all ages, especially seniors.  It's primarily due to age-related wear and tear and impact daily activities.


Chiropractor, Dr. Christina Choi will be holding a seminar on 'How to Prevent Knee Injury' at Tsung Tsin on Wednesday, October 1st from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm.  She will give you tips on how to keep your knees healthy and avoid knee damage, and self care measures for minor knee pain.
