Energizing Chair Yoga Exercise - Fall Classes

Are you ready to be energized in time for the Holiday Season? You can sign up for the new session of Chair Yoga Exercise now. The current set ends on Friday, Oct. 26th and the next session will run from Nov. 2nd - Dec. 21st.

Also, a heads up for 2019. There will be two sessions - Tuesdays, Jan. 8 - Feb. 28th and Fridays, Jan. 11 - March 1st. All classes will be from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and the instructor is Sathia Ramasamy. Each session of 8 classes will be $40 and fees will be collected at the first class.
