Have you heard that the 'only bad workout is the one you didn't do'? Well, TTA is making sure you don't get the chance to have a bad workout. Wednesday is exercise day and from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. (if everything goes according to plan) you will be able to keep on moving to be better than you used to be. If you can't make it on a Wednesday, there is an exercise class on Saturday morning.
Attached is a schedule of exercises with the names of the respective coordinators to contact. The exercises range from Yang Style Tai Chi to a 3 mile walk aerobic exercise hour. There is Line Dancing in the afternoon and in the planning stage, an Energizing Chair Yoga Exercise. If you can't make it to the afternoon Line Dancing session, an evening one is in the works. Sounds too energizing - you can still attend the Sit and Be Fit classes to tune up the body.
Saturday mornings will feature another Sit and Be Fit class along with a 2 mile walk aerobic exercise video. No excuses now!
